Climate-Controlled Supercar Vault Architecture

Exotic automobiles constructed from lightweight carbon fiber composites, alcantara, vintage leathers, and high-strung magnesium engine blocks require museum-grade atmospheric conditions. Allowing relative humidity to spike above 55% risks moisture traps within carbon weaves and leather mold growth, while humidity below 30% dries out vintage rubber gaskets.
1. Precision Humidity Control Loops
Pickboardshelf specifies continuous desiccant dehumidification systems linked to digital sensors that maintain ambient room conditions strictly at 45% RH at 68°F (20°C). Air turnover is scrubbed through MERV 16 HEPA air filters to remove micro-dust particles before they touch clear coats.
2. Epoxy Polyaspartic Chemical-Resistant Flooring
Standard concrete pits easily absorb oil stains and emit microscopic concrete dust. We install multi-layer polyaspartic coatings infused with aluminum oxide non-slip grit. These surfaces withstand hot tire pickup and chemical spills while reflecting high CRI illumination onto underbodies.
